La spécialité de TECHPLUS étant l'intégration sur diverses machines-outils, nous avons ajouté à notre savoir-faire au début des années 2000 la robotisation de process d'ébavurage et de para-finition.
Notre objectif étant de pouvoir proposer à nos clients une solution post-process de finition de pièce, permettant ainsi le conditionnement des pièces pour livraison directe.
L'évolution naturelle de cette technologie et de la robotique couplée à une FAO, nous permettent désormais dans certains cas de réaliser des cellules d'usinage (Perçage, fraisage...)

STANDARD DEBURRING MACHINE :
In partnership with the Japanese company Kreuz, a worldwide reference in the field of deburring since 1988, TECHPLUS has developed a standard machine integrating the different deburring robots.
This machine will allow you to deburr different parts types fastly, repetitive and qualitively, all in a closed area avoiding pollution and can be equipped with several optional features.
This machine can be loaded manually, by robot or integrated in a line.
